****Update from foster home:

He is an amazing little guy, he's great with my kids, plays with my basset and just ignores my little dog that likes to yell at them while they play.
He enjoys his naps, shares the beds, toys and food bowl very well.
Appears to be crate trained as I keep him in there when we leave and at night, he's had no accidents in the crate AND no accidents in the house. We make sure to take him out after meals, after naps and anytime he shows signs of  needing to go (he's my first male dog)
He is pretty quiet, I've only heard him bark a handful of times. He doesn't seem to have any bad habits . He's just a cruiser! He will be a perfect addition for any home! Overlooking this wonderful dog because he is a mix would be big mistake! He is the best of both hounds! Beagle and Basset! ****

I would like to introduce you to Garfunkel!

Garfunkel is an adorable 3 year old male basset hound who looks like he might have a touch of beagle in him! 

Garfunkel came to us from a local area shelter where he was picked up as a stray. They were actually able to contact his owner through his microchip, but the owner never came in to claim him! The shelter then contacted us to see if we could help them find this little guy a forever home!

Garfunkel is a great dog who just wants a second chance at life. He is currently being fostered in Nelsonville, OH.
