Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

OBHR picked up five dogs from a breeder and whisked them away to Cincinnati to be vetted. There were a breeding pair and three offspring that were all kept outside in a kennel area. When picked up all were filthy, covered in fleas, underweight and smelled terrible. Oliver  is the eight year old father of this brood. He had an entropian eye, floating patellas, whip worms and needed a dental.  Now, Oliver is doing great in his foster home!  He is very lovable, happy and laid-back.  He is non-confrontational with his foster brothers and even when a  Shih-Tzu  gets snippy, Oliver will just walk away.  He is doing very well with house training and lets his foster mom know when he wants to go out.  He bounces up and down when it is meal time.  He did very well with two grandchildren under the age of six and even ran and played with them.  Oliver is being kept in a crate at night and he goes in easily, without any anxiety, and sleeps through the night.  He goes to the door for an out after naps and playtime.  He is learning "sit" when it is time to eat, he walks well on leash without pulling and struts right along with the other dogs. He plays fetch and is doing well with "bring" and "drop".  He is also learning to use his inside voice when he has something to say and wants attention.

Oliver is a lover and this fabulous little guy and will be a sweet addition to any family.  Oliver is fostered in Wilmington, OH.
