Meet Asher! Asher is a 2 year old basset who came to OBHR from a well loved home. His family's landlord unfortunately changed the pet rules and they were not in a position to financially start over. He is a good boy, gets along with other dogs, not cat tested.  He loves to play and has the good old basset howl! He is housebroken and will sleep in bed with you. He requires a home with a fence and is currently being fostered in Columbus. His adoption fee is $250 and he is neutered and up to date.
