Meet Phoebe! She is a three-year-old female basset hound looking for a new home. She came to OBHR from a local area shelter. She is doing well in her foster home with the other dogs. She has not been tested around cats with us. She is a sweet girl who loves to play and snuggle and sleeping in bed with you! She is a talkative little girl. Her adoption fee is $250 and she requires a home with a fenced in yard. She is spayed and up to date. She is currently being fostered in Columbus.
