1/6/15 update from foster home

Prince Charlie and Princess Chloe are wonderful dogs. Charlie is confident, sweet, loving-he is a very happy boy. His tail wags constantly, when he is awake. He sleeps a lot. He has a very low energy level. He loves belly rubs and is very good at going out to go potty. Chloe is a bit more reserved-but coming out of her shell.  She enjoys short walks and also loves to snooze. She enjoys belly rubs and also is very good at going outside for potty breaks. They sleep well through the night. They have had no issues with my 4 pack of dogs (3 bassets and one doxie). Chloe is interested in the cat that runs by my fence-so a home with no cats is best. Charlie is a very slow eater-so they need to be fed separately. You can tell they were very much loved by their previous owner.  If you are looking for an adorable, older couple, please consider Charlie and Chloe. Chloe is very nose driven so she must have a fenced in yard-despite her age.  They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

This is Chloe! Chloe came to OBHR with her housemate Charlie. Both were adopted out by OBHR when they were much younger, but sadly their owner died and and they are now in need of another home.

Chloe loves to play, despite her age, but tires quickly. She loves to play with other dogs. She loves toys and is good with kids. She loves to lay in your lap and get belly rubs. She is a very sweet and loving girl.

Despite her age, Chloe MUST GO TO A HOME WITH A FENCED YARD! She is a squirrel chaser and will not come back easily when called. So she must be adopted out to a home with a fenced yard!

Please consider opening your home and heart to a senior! These poor babies are sad and confused and need a new family to love them and let them know everything will be ok!
