What's that you hear? Someone is whistling Dixie! Welcome to OBHR Dixie!
Dixie is a gorgeous 3 year old female Basset hound who was turned over to OBHR after her family had a new baby and did not have enough time to with her.
Dixie has been around both cats and dogs, ignores the cats but really would do better with another dog brother or sister to keep her from getting lonely! She is also great with kids and loves to cuddle!

Dixie is currently in need of a foster home!!!
