Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

Meet Baxter! Baxter is a one your old basset hound mix who is very much a basset hound with short ears! He has the long body of a basset, is about 35-40 pounds, has short ears from the dog next door if ya know what I mean, one blue eye and one brown, and full of bassetude! 
 

Baxter is still very much a puppy at one year old, and will need to learn what he can and can’t get into. But he is very smart and learns fast! He loves to play, loves toys, he loves to unstuff them and find the squeakers! He is smart and learned how to use a dog door at his temporary foster home, but he needs a secure fenced in yard and preferably NO dog door at his permanent home as he is a sneaky little fella who will find the smallest part of the fence to sneak out! 

He is fully vetted and currently being fostered near Dayton OH.  He gets along great with other dogs, good with kids, not cat tested.  His adoption fee is $250.  If interested please first apply on our website ohiobassetrelscue.com.
