Meet Fred! Fred is a one and a half year old blood hound mix, probably with a lab.
Fred came to OBHR from a shelter in VA. He was in very sad shape with mange and has been treated and is not contagious. He just need to grow his hair back!
Fred is an absolute riot. He's a puppy still and has the goofy puppy balance. He still doesn't know his size. He is a very nice guy and wants to give lots of kisses. They said that he whines when he needs to go potty. He will make a great pet. He's a really big boy!
Fred is currently being kenneled at our vet in Columbus and is ready for a foster or forever home!
